Nah, Kishi is our national scapegoat, which is why he's the leader of NIF. He's also our level 1 bureaucrat. It works for everyone. Unfortunately, in this particular case, blaming it on Kishi would've been questionable due to his interest in getting things done in a timely manner.

3.0/3.5 I will be using 3.5 but if all you got is 3.0 stuff that is okay too (LOL what am I thinking - this is geek central)

The world will be one of my devising, with dragons and magic and damsels in distress - pure fantasy shit with a little sci-fi mixed in. The point behind it is to get my feet wet DMing a PBP and to have a LOT of fun. While there will be monsters to kill, I also want to encourage character development and story line.
