ST - the way your back is burning with pain in several places, you think you've either been hit by a shotgun blast, or by shrapnel from an explosion. Of course, you don't exactly have professional experience, so it might be something else.
Also guys, I'm really sorry - I forgot to bring my flash drive with all my game data today. Updates will be late tonight or early tomorrow.

I can still hope. I know that luck (or bad luck) plays a good part of most games....
ya know like silly things - they forgot to load the magazine clip, so they only have the 1 shot each. a malfunction in the gun keeps it from firing anymore. Kavern (sp??) walking around a corner causing them to trip over their own heels.
I can hope...

during the first campaign of immortal for both ODP and I, the GM had a plot that involved the kidnapping of Chicago's Cardinal Bernadine (continued sp??). About 2 weeks after the game had the Cardinal disappear, the real life Cardinal died. The in game description was very close to the real conditions.
Throughout this campaign, several other scenarios started to mimic real life events, some funny - most tragic. After about 5 of these events we decided to never include real life elements ever again in Immortal (at least with that specific group).
Superstitious, hell yeah. But it was very creepy at the time.

I still mentally beat myself up, shouldering some of the blame for them closing Dome Room. :(
'course that was mostly the fault of Mike Landolt, I think. <_<

Is the van running? Is it standard or automatic? Is Ms. Tacklebox face still conscious?
My bad, Lance! Yeah, the van is not running, but it is an automatic transmission. Ms. Tacklebox face is both conscious, somewhat bruised and angry, but you can react before her and the other agents.

Note that the moron going after you, while possibly more powerful than the guys after me, was dumb enough to be so slow at it that your "powers" woke up. My guys might have been much weaker, but there was 3 of them and they didn't screw around trying to imitate your mom

Edit: But seriously, I've just been shot twice with a shotgun and then hit by shrapnel from an exploding van, and my throat isn't even scratchy!
You are beyond scratchy throats. Or, maybe this is normal occurrances in your life??
