Alright, we've got a dozen dead games in our PBP section. I'd like to clean that up to make room for new games. If you are a game host and want to revive your game, get going, put together a new crew, and let me know. If you want to save anything for posterity, now is your chance. Otherwise, I will be deleting the inactive games in one week's time.

mine is pretty much dead and since my crew (gus, ED, Barak) have pretty much gone AWOL, I doubt it'll be revived. So, unless people are interesting in joining that game, I'd say let it die.

Gus got sent to Wisconsin as some sort of Pharmacist exchange program. Barak finally ran afoul of the INS. ED is probably in jail.

I kept mine simply because I wanted to. It has some info in there that I'd like to have handy. I used to have it invisible so only admins could see it. Not sure if that's how it's set now or not since I don't know how to work the new software.

I don't really see my PBP getting back on its feet... but then again, I guess I *would* like to save its info for posterity. You never know when it might come in handy. Give me a few days please, then just zap it.

I hate to see Aria go away just 'cause there's way too goddamn much to actually keep a record of it, but it was some badass shit. :)

But hey. Cleanup is good. :D

I actually feel kind of sad that my thing will die too but... keeping it around does not really serve any purpose...

Hey Jade, want to try for the hat trick and revive a dead game?

You... you mean bring one back? Instead of killing it with my presence?

Wow. That's like using a gun to perform CPR. The universe might implode.

Spirits of the Galaxy.

Go ahead and read the transcripts.

Basic info on that is this:
It uses the Spirits of the Century / Fate 3.0 system, which is less crunch intensive than D&D and more driven towards dynamic narrative play.

My game specifically, hacks the system a little and gears it towards a space opera game.

Dude, I'd really really really lik to start up SotG again, about right where we left it, given I was about to jump on the back of a war-bot. :D

That would be pretty cool. Okay then, keep it is. I'll open up the game to all pimps and pimpettes who want to give their hand a try at the Fate system.

Any books? Because I have none for your game, it seems.

look in one of the stickied threads, there is an SRD online for free. And then look at the stunts and skill list thread since I modified a large number of them for my game

I'll give it a look, but between school, work, and MMO RPin', I'm not sure how much more free time I have.

Well if you want a game killer - I'll give it a try.

Jade: What? You claiming to need sleep or something? Don't make the man beg.

Yay!!!

Right now, there are supposedly five players in the game (gus, barak, ED, Nyo, and Kishi). I'm not sure who other than Nyo is interested in continuing the game. I know Kishi is still active on the board, and ED shows up every so often. (In fact, I think I see his name in the active right now) But if they're not interested, I'll probably be coming up short.

Once I finish with college and get a job again, if I'm able to get on forums from work, I might try to revive my PBP.

for those of you interested in joining my SotG game, go take a look at the "what now?" thread so we can talk about the fate of the game.

OK, I've finally gotten around to saving the stuff in my PBP. You can delete it at your leisure. Damn, reading back on it, it was really promising, too bad it stalled.
