London Financial Corporation Concludes Financial Transaction To Finance Motion Pictures.
Las Vegas, Nevada (Celebrity News)- Debra O’Connor, CEO of Catzilla Intergalactic Media announced today that her company has concluded a business transaction to sell a 50% stake in the motion picture production company to London Financial Corporation of Las Vegas, Nevada for $100 Million U.S.D. investment. David Pesnell, CEO of London Financial Corporation, stated at the press conference “that the agreement reached between the two companies not only gives Catzilla the ability to produce six movies over the next two year period, but London Financial Corporation has also agreed to make an additional $100 Million U.S.D. available to Catzilla Intergalactic Media over the next two years for future development and acquisitions.” Debra O’Connor will remain CEO of Catzilla Intergalactic.
The transaction between the two companies also gives Gypsy Fox Records and Magenta Rose Publishing, two music subsidiaries of London Financial Corporation the right of first refusal on all sound tracks, publishing and distribution of the movies produced by the movie production company. Industry insiders say that London Financial Corporation has been looking for an indie film production company for a couple of years to finance and feel that this is a good marriage between the two companies. Mr. Pesnell was involved with the production of several motion pictures in the late 70’s and 80’s including “Predator”,“Malcolm X”,“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”,“Wall Street”,“Toys”,“White Men Can’t Jump” and the first two “Home Alone” movies.
The motion pictures currently in development include “Believing In Aaron”,“The Witch Hunter”,“The Couve”,“Terminal Eyes”, and “Silk and Steel”.
London Financial Corporation was established to finance entertainment projects in the United States, Canada and Asia and has investments in the resort industry in Las Vegas.
