I was very disappointed. I liked the first one. However, this one is just bleh.

I gave it two bitch slaps because, well, Tony Jaa is still pretty awesome and the elephants were adorable (one of them holds hands/trunk with him for a couple seconds). He does his own stunts and actually knows his way around an elephant.


Plus the ending was major suckage.

I saw it on my way to work in the car off of a bootleg DVD. Yeah, I was totally annoyed with the ending too.

Having said that, I kind of liked the evolution of the character, albeit the transformation took fucking forever.

At least he got to face off with the assassin at the end of the movie.

Personally, while I know it's meant to be left on a cliff hanger ending and all, it really did not bring enough closure to a lot of the plot lines. I don't know, I can understand them wanting to leave loose ends so they can tie it up in the NEXT movie, but this just feels... sloppy.
